Asset register
Our CCG does not own any high value assets. Our information asset register may be available on request and could be subject to exemptions.
Registers of interest
Our CCG publishes the following registers of interests. We are currently in the process of updating these registers and will publish them here once they become available.

Conflicts of interest guardian
The chair of the audit and governance committee (the lay member for finance) acts as the conflicts of interest guardian for our CCG. They take a lead role in ensuring that the governing body behave with the utmost probity at all times. The chair of the audit and governance committee oversees key elements of governance including the appropriate management of conflicts of interest in line with national guidance.
The conflicts of interest guardian will:
- act as a conduit for GP practice staff, members of the public and healthcare professionals who have any concerns with regards to conflicts of interest;
- be a safe point of contact for employees or workers of the CCG to raise any concerns in relation to this policy;
- support the rigorous application of conflicts of interest principles and policies;
- provide independent advice and judgement where there is any doubt about how to apply conflicts of interest policies and principles in an individual situation;
- provide advice on minimising the risks of conflicts of interests.

Environmental registers, emissions and waste data
Our CCG do not own property and therefore do not hold these registers. NHS Property Services and the landlord of the buildings of which we are tenants may hold this information.

CCTV
Our CCG does not operate, or have any CCTV surveillance cameras operating on our behalf.
