The services we offer
This class of the publication scheme contains information about the services we offer, including a list of the services that fall within the responsibility of our CCG.
Clinical services we commission
We commission a wide range of services. These include planned hospital care, rehabilitation services, urgent and emergency care, most community health services, mental health and learning disability services.
Many of these services are provided by local organisations, such as Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. We also commission services from voluntary, not-for-profit organisations, based in the local community.
NHS England commission primary care services such as dental services, pharmacies, GPs and opticians. They also commissioned some specialised secondary care services. More information about the services that NHS England commission can be found on their website
Patient support line
Information about our patient support line and how to raise a concern, complaint or compliment can be found on the patient support line page of our website.

Patient information leaflets, other booklets and newsletters
You can find patient information leaflets and booklets on the patients section of our website.
We work with local charity BTM (Bradford Talking Media) (opens in a new window) to make sure our engagement materials and information are available in accessible formats. For example, on our recent Care Navigation campaign, we published Easy Read documents, audio version and a BSL video.
We do not provide any non-clinical services.
